General FAQ

1. What is an order id?

ORDER ID is a reference number you received after making an order.
Be sure to write down this reference number as you need it for payment confirmation and order tracking.

2. Do I need to set up an account to shop with you?

Yes, you have to make an account.
Setting up an account will allow you to make an order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. It will also give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, special discount and membership program.

3. How do I know if I have successfully placed my order(s)?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order(s)?

Sorry but we are unable to make changes to your order or cancel your order after you have completed your order. Please kindly note that once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed.

5. Can I view my recent order history, status and tracking information?

Yes, please log in to your account and check your dashboard.
